From Vision to Reality
At The Closet Niche, we bring your dream space to life through a thoughtful, step-by-step process. It begins with a personalized consultation, where we take the time to understand your lifestyle, needs, and design preferences. From there, our expert designers create a custom plan tailored to maximize both functionality and beauty within your space. With meticulous installation and attentive support throughout the process, we ensure a seamless, elevated experience from start to finish.

1. CONSULTATION
Our process starts with a complementary, no obligation in-home consultation. One of our experienced designers will come out to see your space, measure, analyze and discuss your needs, wants and desires for your custom projects. This process normally takes 30-45 minutes. We do not design on the spot or pressure you into signing the same day. If you have any inspiration pictures, we encourage you to share those with us!
2. DESIGN & QUOTE
Within two to three days of your consultation, your designer will send over a proposal that includes your 3D Design and Quote. Our quotes are good for 30 days!
3. DESIGN STUDIO VISIT
The next step is to review your 3D Design and go over any changes, materials, colors, and accessories. We invite you to our Design Studio located in Mooresville at 197 Byers Creek Road, Suite H, where you can see sample displays of many of the custom projects we offer, along with accessories, drawers, and more. Design Studio visits are by appointment only so give us a call to schedule your time. We offer 2 complementary rounds of design changes before requesting a commitment.

4. CONTRACT
Once you have approved your design and are ready to move forward, we require a 50% deposit. Upon receipt, we secure your installation date and email your contract and final line drawings for your approved signature. Once you have signed off on your design, your custom order will be sent over to production.
5. INSTALLATION
We take pride in our turnaround time. With a 2-week lead time we can receive your order. Once your deposit has been received and your contract signed, we can safely secure your installation date. We stay booked 2 – 3 weeks in advance so don’t delay; our calendars fill up quickly!
Depending on the scope of your projects, most installations are complete within 1 day; however multiple projects may span 1-3 days. Our skilled installers have years of experience in the industry and are trained to deliver impeccable service and care with your home. After your installation is complete, they clean the area and do a final walkthrough of the completed project with each homeowner.
6. LIFETIME WARRANTY
We believe in the quality and performance of our product and back that up with a Lifetime Warranty! If for any reason, a product we provide fails during normal use, we will replace it at no charge to our customers.
